1. Domestic translation agencies/translators included in our web site operate independently. Please make your claims only to relevant points of contact.
2. 1 (one) page contains 1000 (no-space) characters under the Turkish Law, which is the basis of pricing.
3. Prices vary by deadline, volume and technical difficulty of the text to be translated.
4. There is a negative correlation between urgency and quality. Urgency reduces quality.
5. Please let us know in advance if your documents are to be Notarized, or if other procedures are required. Delays resulting from making no prior notice shall not be the responsibility of the points of contact included in our web site. Fees and charges applicable by relevant agencies are to te client's account.
6. You are encouraged to submit a "list of terminology to be used by the certified translator" to the relevant point of contact included in our web site to harmonize the language in technical translations. This ensures satisfaction of your requirements to the highest expectation level and compliance with your corporate identity.
7. Liability of domestic contact points included in our web site against unwanted situations is limited to two times the amount invoiced.
8. Clients who have placed translation (and other) orders through our web site hereby acknowledge that they have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted these terms.

International Code of Conduct

1. International translation agencies/translators (consultants/guides) included in our web site operate independently. Please make your claims only to relevant points of contact.
2. Translation/interpretation/service/consultancy/guide fees and charges are agreed between the client and the point of contact in relevant country independently from our web site.
3. When placing an international service order, please contact the international point of contact by email/telephone within a reasonable time, and agree on all details in all details (in any case, by written agreement on all terms).
4. Price of services ordered from a certain international point of contact must be paid in advance.
5. Persons/organizations included in our web site are persons/organizations domiciled in relevant countries, and are free to decide whether or not to accept the services demanded.
