“Keyhan” is a word in Old Turkish, which is not in daily use now and means “the world, the globe”. Our company preferred this name to emphasize its objective to contribute to the integration of the individuals and entities in our country with the world.

How to calculate the price of a translation?
Price of any translation project depends on several factors such as type of required translation (web site, personal letter, legal document, medical report, etc.), length of the text, number of copies requested and target language.
Each project differs in pricing, so the simplest way to determine the translation price is to scan your document and send it via e-mail to request a price offer. In this way, our customer representative reviews your document, determines the translation price and informs you.

How can I send my documents to you for translation?
So long as you can scan your document or take a legible photograph of it and send it to us via e-mail, you don’t have to leave your office or home for your documents that need to be translated and notarized. You can scan and send the document to us via e-mail; we can carry out the notarization, apostille, and other approval processes and return the document to you.
You can also choose the option to be called by us. We accept a series of file formats that you can send via e-mail.
Which types of files can I send?
You can send documents prepared in major desktop publishing program and word formats (jpeg, doc, .docx, .pdf, .rar, .txt, tif, .wpd, .zip, etc.) without any problem.
How long does it take to complete my translation?
Duration of the translation process depends on a series of factors such as target language, number of pages, content of the text, etc.
However, the simplest way to determine the duration required for completion of your translation project is for you to send an e-mail to request an offer concerning the price and required time for translation. In this way, our customer service representative will review your project, make a prediction concerning the necessary periof of time and get back to you immediately.
How can I pay the price of the translation?
Keyhan Translation currently accepts payments via bank transfer and eft.
Do you provide sworn translation services?
Keyhan Translation provides sworn translation services for diplomas and transcripts required for accreditation procedures, birth certificates required for procedures at civil registry, documents required for obtaining visa, personal documents such as marriage certificates and divorce decisions and corporate documents such as books of corporation and financial statements.
How do you guarantee confidentiality of my project?
Keyhan Translation Service is conscious of the importance of confidentiality concerning your project and will implement the highest professional and ethic standards to ensure the content of your project to remain confidential. Your projects that require confidentiality will not be assigned to translator who are employed externally and such projects will be completed only by our in-house translators that work in our offices under measures of confidentially. We sign confidentiality agreements with companies that we have a long-term collaboration with.

Can we make a claim for return/replacement? What are the applicable procedures?
In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the translation or you think there are errors therein, we provide necessary editing and deliver the translation to you free of charge if you send your document to us via appropriate channels.

You can track cargo status via the receipt number we will provide you. Furthermore, we will instantly notify you about the status of your order via contact information you provide us.
Do you grant distributorship or franchise?
We don’t grant distributorship, but we are ready to support persons and companies that are planning to turn towards language services and wish to open a translation office in their own region excluding İstanbul, Ankara, Bursa and İzmir by providing them with translations that are ready to be delivered to the customer.
